I still remember the day that I brought her home in that car seat. She was still so tiny that we had to insert the optional padding that came with it to fit her snugly down deep inside.
And look at her now.
{sigh}
There was really no feasible escape, and so it comes as no surprise that I will be the last to fall to this obnoxious summer cold (Tom was the one who brought it into the house in the first place- boo on him!) I just hope it doesn't hit me too terribly hard.
And on that note, perhaps I can manage to get my sad self into bed before 11:00 pm tonight. I could certainly use the sleep. If only I could get little Michael on board with that plan, too...
